It’s difficult to fathom how a 5 foot, 100 pound, 12 year old child could subdue and assault this so-called “star athlete.”

PERJURY

Tyrone Olverson tackled a special needs student exhibiting signs of extreme frustration... as Leslie Kelly and John Lawrence looked on knowingly.

Tyrone Olverson called the police to remove this special needs child and filed assault charges against him.

Tyrone Olverson told the family of the child that there was a videotape from the new $20 million school’s surveillance system showing the assault.

Tyrone Olverson, along with every RCSD administrator, failed to attend the court hearing; thus avoiding any need to perjure themselves.  (Even the prosecutors didn’t bother showing up.)

The videotape was not entered into the record.

The judge threw out the fraudulent charges.

TOKEN LEADERSHIP

The director of student services, Mary Ann Frye, overruled Tyrone Olverson and told him that there was no longer a videotape showing the alleged-assault.  Click here to see the official denial.  (NOTE: The architectural firm that built this school received no reports of malfunctions with the state-of-art surveillance system.)

When the family asked Tyrone Olverson to drop the baseless charges mentioned above, Tyrone Olverson confirmed his token leadership.  Click here to see his email message in which he admits that “policy” takes precedence over any of his decisions.  (NOTE: “Ty” was nice enough to say “hi” to the disabled child right after threatening him with jail time.)

When Mary Ann told Ty he was assaulted, Ty nodded and agreed he was assaulted.  When Mary Ann told Ty he was not assaulted, Ty nodded and agreed he was no longer assaulted.

RACISM

In an attempt to quash his school’s reputation as the “white” junior high, Tyrone Olverson addressed “disproportionate suspension rates” in the Columbus Dispatch article (10/16/06) entitled “Disciplinary trend upsets black parents.”

“Discipline numbers will be better at the junior high this year, he said.”

Will he continue to fix the numbers by punishing the innocent like he did with the special needs student above?

“Olverson said he’s willing to take on a problem that other school officials haven’t.”

What do the other school officials have to say about this statement?

“Reynoldsburg schools are actively seeking minority teachers, Assistant Superintendent Steve Dackin said.”

Is this how the RCSD acquired Tyrone Olverson?
