Barth R. Cotner was complicit in
FRAUD
during the 2008 Reynoldsburg election.
  

The co-chairman of the campaign, Barth R. Cotner, was caught by a fellow Reynoldsburg taxpayer in an email message admitting that the money from the tax levy would be diverted to NEW teachers.  (And yes, Cotner’s wife is a teacher.)

This directly contradicts Cotner’s previous claims in a September 10, 2008 Reynoldsburg News article where Cotner stated, “This levy will not create new positions.”
