Legend of the Burning Sands
Well, this was the follow up game to Legend of the 5 Rings, but it didn't do near as well. This game stopped printing 3 years ago. It is played similar to L5R but there is only 1 deck instead of two, and the duelling aspect and battle aspects where changed. There is a great deal of attrition, and in fact resource management is pretty much what this game is all about. It takes place in a psuedo middle east, and draws heavily from such sources as the arabian nights and Sinbad. I tend to play Ashalan and The Jackels.
Doomtown
Another Alderac game that died after a couple years. It is a CCG based on Pinnacle's RPG Deadlands, which is a western flavored game with a strong horror element. The CCG takes place in one town and is the culmination of events where a demon tries to take over the town. it is a location based game where you try to gain control of the town. I prefere using the Blackjacks and The Whateleys.
Galactic Empires
I was recently introduced to this dead game by a friend of mine. It is a sci fi card game with Ship combat as a main focus. You are one of 12 empires trying to talk the universe. You can also play as space dragons or microbes that take over your opponents ships. All in all quite fun, with a great deal of stratagy.
